Sixth grade students will work through 34 word lists that include 8 review lessons and 3 spelling challenge lessons; lists emphasize Greek and Latin roots, prefixes, and suffixes. "Test Your Proofreading," "Test Your Spelling Mastery" and "Test Your Understanding" activities reinforce the word lists through a variety of exercises. Eight poems are included for appreciation and memorization. Approximately 78 pages with an appendix on prefixes, suffixes, and root words. Grade 6.
