Glaros, Timothy :

Timothy Glaros is the owner of Creative Business Consulting and is the national sales manager for Ceridan Performance Partners' employee assistance and LifeBalance services. He specializes in program design, implementation, planning, promotional techniques, and internal marketing. In previous positions Glaros was a manager for Control Data's Stay Well program, which covered more than 25,000 employees in 14 major locations. In addition to being the coauthor of the book, Managing Health Promotion Programs, Glaros has written numerous articles for such publications as Health Education, Fitness in Business, and HK Magazine. He has also given more than 80 presentations at conferences throughout the country.
Glaros received his master's degree in education from the University of Minnesota in 1975. Before entering the business world, he taught health and physical education in the Mounds View (Minnesota) Public Schools. Glaros has been an active member of Association for Worksite Health Promotion (AWHP) since 1983, serving as a regional president and being selected as a Fellow in 1991.
